Dandelio resides in an abandoned mansion which was owned by wealthy people back in the 1800s.
Time has left its traces on the building and it started to break down. Brave people who come to explore
the mansion soon get scared away by the annoyed Esk who is mistaken by them as a poltergeist/ demon.
Dandelio also thinks that his former home is haunted and often gets scared by his own reflection. lol

 Dandelio is a very serious Esk. Since he was not allowed to experience joy and playfullness in his former life, he
 lacks of humor. Also he is very pessimistic and you might think he is totally despressed.
On the other hand his strenght lies in his knowledge. Books are his only joy and he studies them intensively.
Other Esk are generally declined by him, as he also lacks trust. The only Esk that ever broke the ice in his heart is
the peacefull and friendly Olivier. Dandelio would protect the little Esk even tho as humans it would have been the other way around.

Dandelio was a toddler at the age of 3 when the transformation happened. His family was very wealthy and owned a neat mansion in the 1800s.
His father worked pretty hard for their money and was gone from morning till night. His mother on the other hand was at home managing their property and their only child.
The little boy got raised without any form of love/affection and fun. They hired a teacher who would study with the little kid all day so he would develop faster. 
His mother wanted him to work as hard as her husband. Dandelio was not allowed to have any sort of interaction with the outside world, other kids or everything fun.
Many nights he would cry himself to sleep since his mother did not care for signs of weakness.
